Update on UPS lost barrel

My customer filed a claim, the company that he works for was the shipper. UPS notified him today that they would pay the claim on the missing barrel.I'm not going to hold my breath, but it would be real nice. I imagine his company ships enough with UPS that they thought it better to pay. I will keep you informed.

Good. Not sure if this is true for UPS, but it is for USPS. ONLY the shipper can file a claim as it is theirs until delivered.
