How long was the ammunition loaded?Yes, using an AMP Annealer, will look into primer pocket uniforming.
Try Rem 7-1/2 Primer or Wolf if you can find them.I dusted off the 6 Dasher yesterday and used my Garmin chrono to log some info. I was happy with the group sizes, about .5 MOA. The velocity were what I expected, also the SD's. The ES were a little high for the group size/SD numbers. What would you suggest to reduce the ES numbers? View attachment 1653371

My 7mm hovers at 6-7 Sd for ten shots and with quality bullets vertical is something I don’t complain about shooting a lot a mile and beyond.
Thank you for your thoughts.Try Rem 7-1/2 Primer or Wolf if you can find them.
I use Wolf SR Magnums
Many guys said they reported better ES & SD numbers from Wolf over the 7-1/2
And the 7-1/2 are very good to begin with
A Recent thread on here also showed majority of people agree the 7-1/2 Benchrest primer is tops.

Maybe Ditch the Varget
FYI, I have NEVER....liked Varget
I tried to make Varget work in a couple calibers
I only tried it because of the "FAD" of everyone using Varget
Kind of like the whole VV N-133 Fad, when I would rather just use WC-844
I bought 2 lbs of Varget once, only once and went through 1 lb and did not have good accuracy or any luck with it
over my standard "GO TO" powders
My second pound of Varget sits on the shelf as it is a waste of components for me to mess with.
I may use it for fire forming or something. I instantly.... had MUCH better luck with
Benchmark & W-748 --- (best all around powder period from .222 up to 22-250)
W-748 has always performed and performed very predictably, including from Lot to Lot.

If somebody else likes Varget and gets it to work... I'm very happy for them.
I am having excellent results with AA-2520 recently in a couple 22 BR's for what that's worth.
I was trying to find a replacement for a powder Called SRB-118 which used to be used in the Military's 308 rounds. One of the most accurate 22BR powders I have ever used.
SRB-118 stands for (Service Rifle Ball -M118) Not available anywhere except in the hands of whorders like me.
The reason I ask is I’ve seen reloaded ammunition show a higher SD after storage for a while vs fairly fresh ammunition depending on how the cases were processed.A few months ago
I just saw this post. I'm glad you got it figured out. Those numbers look great!OK, I uniformed the primer pockets, and added a few more kernels of powder and think I have solved my concern. Grouped 1/2 MOA at 100 yards. My results are as follows: View attachment 1654679
