Reduced Capacity .308 Cases

Hello,

Does anybody know of any manufacturers of reduced capacity .308 brass?

I have heard of Blaylock Gun works, but Dale seems to have disappeared.

Then there is Liberty Suppressors who still have them available.

There was a European manufacturer mentioned on a forum, but not by name.

Anybody know of any others?

This place may be able to help you. They turn brass to make old calibers so, you may be able to have them make something for you.

Which place was that Frank? Good idea about looking for places who turn obsolete cases.

I am wanting to mess around with subsonics and use the .308 reloading equipment that I already have. Though you are certainly correct, there is better ways of getting a 30 cal loaded lighter. The cases that I did find, the Liberty Suppressors brass is essentially full with 12gr of Trail Boss in them, and were less than 1,100 ft/sec (if I recall correctly in their barrel).

I guess I just want to dip my toes with something that has a good chance of working with a discarded barrel instead of building a rifle from scratch and buing more reloading equipment on the first go round.

I've been useing 10.5gr's of Trail Boss in LC brass with 180gr Sierra"s with good luck. The reduced capacity cases just cost to much.
