The reduced 4895 load by Hodgson and 125 gr bts gives me less than 1" groups. Good for short range shots

I'd suggest a nice copper solid at normal speeds, but with the lighter bullet. This year I'm running a 152gr Hammer Bullets sledgehammer at 3350fps with RL17 and a Silencerco Hybrid suppressor. It's a nice cloverleaf shooter and the recoil is considerably less than my LR 200gr ELD-X load. Even better, drop a little lower and use a barnes or E-tip, they're a bit harder in composition, so the speed won't peel them apart quite as easy. I'm guessing you could run a 130gr barnes over 3400fps easily and not have too much recoil. another added benefit, that load turns the rifle into a point and shoot proposition out to around 350yds, with only minor hold over needed to 500.
