I bought a used competition match bushing die set recently and the neck die was missing a de-cap rod and the bushing pusher was damaged. I called Redding to order one and see if the pusher was to damaged to work properly. A man by the name Scott answered and was not only very helpful but ask for my address before I even got to the price when I did ask he said he was sending me both parts for free. Is that not great customer service!!!

I shoot heavy bullets in BPCR rifles and some of Redding's dies for BP rounds are set up for shorter lighter bullets.
Because of this the seating stems are too long to use with a long heavy bullet. Several times they have sent me a shorter seater to work with the longer bullets
at no charge.

I have got good service from RCBS but not like this! And as I have heard here on this site you just don't get cs like this outside of the good gun and reloading companies . I told him upfront I got this set used.
