Redding dies decapping rod

I picked up a delux set of redding dies for my .204 ruger second hand,The thing is, the two decapping pin holders are different sizes the one in the FL die is a smaller diameter than the one in the NS die, because the die set only came with one decapping pin I think the last owner may have switched them around,can anyone with a delux die set have a look and advise me which pin holder goes with which die and just to set may mind at rest.

I'm not sure what their "deluxe" set includes. The "S" type dies are bushing dies and include two buttons, one that sizes the inside of the case and also comes with one that is smaller and does not touch the case.

I recently bought a the basic three die set, and it only came with the one that sizes the neck.

the die set includes a standard full-length, standard neck die and standard seating die.

Being used dies, I'm wondering if the original owner may have had the sizing-die necks fitted specifically for his brass. Otherwise, I don't understand the application for the undersized expander.
