Redding customer service is amoung the best there is. Had an issue with a set of dies that I got with a rifle I purchased recently from an individual. The sizing button was well over sized for a 6mm----long story short----they sent me the correct button w/ addition stem FOR FREE----WOW!!!!!!

I can second that! I've had some issues with their products in the past and they've always come through. Top notch.

They are in my town, and I know several of the men who are in charge. They are honest, fair, very interested in producing excellence, and make some great products. When they make mistakes, they fix them. i love em.

I screwed up one of their products, strictly my fault, they explained the proper way of doing it, replaced the item, and refused payment when I offered to pay. Great company and that's why they are #1 on my go-to list.

I had a problem with a Redding micrometer seating die for a .338 RUM (and yes, it is accurate enough to benefit from the die). The seating insert was too long. Called them, received an apology and a new stem.

They've also been very generous with techincal advice for some of my more off the wall "projects".

All of which means I've now got a pretty big stack of Redding products.
