recticle change?

Who, besides Premier, will change or do a custom recticle on my scope. The reason I ask is, I really like the concept of the ranging circles on the Shepard scope, but the glass leaves a lot to be desired and the etched vertical line does not extend through the circle and there is no horizontal line either. I seem to remember a post some time ago about a vendor who would do a custom recticle based on your particular load/ballistics. I am aware that this will be reflected in the price as well, but we can't take it with us anyway. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated guys.

I think Leupold's Custom shop will do some stuff, I know that ChickenGeorge has worked with them on some models.
