Recommendations for a guided Elk Hunt

Looking to book a guided rifle elk hunt this fall. Not particular where. 3-5 hunters.
What is the going rate in a high percentage area? Doesn't have to be world record size.
Any suggestion would be appreciated!

I have been to Colorado a couple of times. I went through Cabelas, check out their website for the hunts that they offer. They offer quite a few elk hunts from about $3,600.00 to high dollar. They are said to only offer hunts with outfitters that have a proven track record and are reputable. My first hunt was unseasonably warm and offered no shots, I scored on a nice 6 point bull and an average mule deer on the second hunt. Now saving for the next one!
Hope this helps a little,
Gary

If you are looking for trophy hunting you should subscribe to "Hunting Fool" magazine. High success hunts are usually hard to come by or very expensive. I have a taxidermist that I have used that guides on a ranch that will get you a nice bull elk but you are talking about $7000 or more depending on what you want. Contact me if you need more info. I hunt the western states for deer, elk, moose, and antelope when I can get tags in good units.
