Receiver sight base.

i have a Williams FP target sight, it come without the mounting base.
The Winchester Model 70, pre 64 has a base but not the right one, and I haven't found a sight to fit that base.
Any ideas where to find a base?

if it is a standard side mount base a redfield Olympic or International or palma will fit also Warner,moes, ect do a search on High power match rear sights.
