Rear bag choice

Well, believe it or not I'm about to purchase my first quality rear bag. Problem is...I have no idea which height to purchase. How do you determine the height of bag that you need? The stock is a Stocky's LR Composite. The bottom of the stock is in the form of a "splayed" out U.
