Reamer sharpening

I acquired a PTG Match reamer with some other things. It's not obviously damaged, but the leading edge of the flutes show a white line, which leads me to believe it's getting dull.
Never had a reamer sharpened before and not knowing the history of this one, I am not comfortable with touching it up myself.
Any recommendations? Prefer to not return it to PTG. Had one too many problems with them.

Thanks for looking.

Manson. I was kind of leaning that way, but thought I'd ask here first.

I appreciate the response and if anyone knows of other options, I'd like to hear them.

I appreciate the offer, but not knowing the history of this reamer, I'd prefer to send it to someone.
Thank you though, I appreciate it.
See how it cuts on a stub, It may be ok. I have touched up that area with a fine diamond hand lap before and had good luck.

Unfortunately, I don't have a stub on hand and I'm a Neanderthal. I cut my whole chamber with the reamer, so I figure I'd better start with a sharp tool.
I'll probably only use it 4 or 5 times. Probably less. But I don't want to make a mess with a dull reamer.

One question I do have regarding sharpening. I don't have a reamer print. Probably need to call Manson and ask if a copy from PTG using the product number on the reamer will be OK. (?)

JGS will or they used too.
Be a good time to have it QC'd and see if its right i sent them a PTG to have resharpened to find out it was .002 to small at the back end.

???? If a reamer is sharpened, will it be smaller than first cut??
You sharpen a knife blade that is 1" deep. Sooner or later it won't be 1" anymore. We may only be talking maybe .001 od .002 but it will be smaller? So it won't be exactly like it was when first cut? And finally, it will effect chamber size and brass fit?

No, they leave enough at the back end when the reamer is made that when sharpened everything can be moved back and retain the original dimensions.

Manson, and good prices for that i believe
last time I checked they also use a 2 angle grind which helps cutting and relief.

i would sell that reamer on here and that money added to the sharpening fee would likely be enough to buy a new reamer from manson or jgs. i wouldnt buy a ptg reamer these days.

Does anyone know of a source for PTG reamer prints? The one I have that I'm considering having sharpened has a part # on it and a manufacturing date of 2008. So it's been around a while.
Depending on what it is, I may go with new.
Looked on PTGs web site and didn't see any old reamer print archive. Given the trouble I've had in the past checking on an order, calling is probably going to be a waste of time.
