Shipping schedules...

This is at least the second time that I've gotten notice that something that I ordered was being delivered while I was going out of town... PITA, have to get the shipments held somewhere and then go get the stuff when you get back.

That and the whole buy a yrs worth w/i 24 hours of when it comes available or run the risk of not having supplies in the middle of the season.

Ah the benefits of being retired. Maybe you have a neighbor you can trust to receive the shipment. Someone who's always home. Just use them for the shipping address

As for me, I follow my shipments from the moment I get notice from the shipper via Fedex or UPS. I make sure I'm there for "Delivery Day" 8)
