OK, I know that QuickLoad shouldn't be used in isolation to generate load data.
But, QuickLoad is giving me estimates that around 49gr of H-4831 SC is the max given my case capacity,55.6 gr of H20), seating depth,2.880) and barrel length,26 inches) - generating about 3156 fps.
The books I'm checking are all listing between 44.5 and 45.5 gr as their max.
I'm not used to seeing this much of a difference in max loads between QL and my books.
Is anyone else safely using around 49gr of H-4831 in their 243?
