I live in Youngsville 2 miles from the Sightron office. Allen Orr and Scott Helmer own and operate Sightron. They have a reputation of having the best product warrantee in the scope market. I know they will work with anyone to make it right.

They have gone from selling lesser expensive scopes that can just be replaced vs being repaired. Their upper end target scopes now are expensive enought that they may want to try repairing the scope before replacing it.

Be persistent and you will prevail. I could gone on for hours with horror stories about other scope brands.

To the best of my knowledge Scott Helmer is no longer with Sightorn. Alan Orr, however, is still there and he definitely cares about customer service.

Thank you for pointing out my spelling error NateHaler, that was very sloppy of me.
Actually, I am still disappointed in this scope. I can now adjust the focus, but about every 3rd shot the scope jumps way out of focus, and I have to refocus. It is a hassle to refocus in the middle of a record shot string, and does nothing for the accuracy.
I might be expecting too much out of a scope at this price point. I hope I am not one of those "whining" customers that I used to deal with in my retail sales days.
