Re-fitting turrets onto Bushnell Elite?

Does anyone know if a Bushnell Elite 4200 8-32x40mm can be refit with turret knobs? Bushnell tech support says that the turrets off of the Elite 4200 Tactical scopes are not interchangeable, but is anyone else offering such a product?

Look at Kenton Industries at their FAQ listing #5. They list about all the Bushnell scopes as being able to use thier knob.

Bushnell does not have a custom shop, they made that very clear when I asked them at the SHOT show last month. They won't change reticles or anything.

a yr. or so ago, I had a elite 4200, 6 X 24 I sent back & had mil-dots installed. per there instruction on there "tech page".

the following month, I sent my 4200, 8 X 32 in for mil-dots. they returned the scope, saying they no longer did that.

I called them up & told them, I thought they should reinburse me for the postage to send the scope to them, as I was following there instructions on there "tech page".

the next day, their "web page/tech talk" was redone, & no mention of doing any installation of any reticles on any scopes.

when they sent me back the $50 that I had sent for the installation, they also included the shipping charges I incurred on shipping the scope to them.

thought that was very fair. I have since bought two more elite 4200's. I like their scopes & have had good luck with them. intend to buy a elite 6500 this yr.
