Bushnell elite 3200 10x

I'm considering picking up an elite 3200 10x scope for a double duty hunt/target rifle in 30-06. I've found a decent deal on one, under $200 shipped, but the seller isn't sure if it's MIL or MOA version. Box, manual, turrets indicate nothing. Bushnell model number is 32-1040M, searches have turned up only old Midway product pages and bushnell European site information, which is slightly confusing as they didn't rewrite their sales info for the fixed power scopes from the variable.

Can anyone confirm this model number being one or the other, or have any way one can test and verify on a scope that isn't mounted to a rifle?

To confirm count the number of clicks on the turret between the numbers. 4 = MOA, 10 = mil.
I have the old mil dot, moa turret model and it is a solid scope for the money; other shooters I know have also had good experience with it. Decent turrets and tracking. Main issue is no parallax adjustment so you must maintain consistent eye alignment.

D'oh! Why I didn't think about counting clicks between the numbers, I don't know, but thanks!

I've read good things about this scope for what it is. I'm not expecting it to be a $1000 scope, but for a double duty gun that isn't going to get more than maybe 500 rounds a year, it will work just fine. The mildot reticle will work for hold overs when hunting, and the target turrets will be fine for shooting steel at 1000.

Thanks!
