Throwing charges with my RCBS powder thrower tonight, and the knurled knob popped out of the lever that rotates. You know the thing! I've been using it for 50 years, and now it's broken. I did not see this coming.
At times like yours, I've always had luck sending an email or letter extolling the appreciation that I have developed over the past XX years and how heart broken I am now that this problem has arose. CSR's eat that up and don't mind going out of their way helping you, often for free. They're human too.RCBS has always been good to stand by their products. By all rights I wouldn't expect them to after years of my use and abuse but they have been golden.
I agree, they just replaced a press handle that I broke. Most all of their parts are warrantied for life. Definitely the OP should contact them.RCBS has always been good to stand by their products. By all rights I wouldn't expect them to after years of my use and abuse but they have been golden.
