RCBS Powder Thrower broke!

A short bolt of correct size and length and a nyloc nut should get you going again.! Now to go take a look at one and make sure I did not just fib!

OK back from reloading room. My two have a different knob, one wood fat tear shaped, the other an aluminum knurled straight diameter. Both appear to have the same rivet holding them on. A quick trip to HD or Lowes with the handle and knob should produce the needed parts. Or as mentioned a call will get them in the mail!

Seeing this title scares the heck out of me. I just got a ChargeMaster Supreme and I'd hate to think about not having it again, and I've only loaded 50 rounds with it. Hope the OP gets his back in service or gets something to replace it. Sounds like you got quite a bit of life out of it.

RCBS has always been good to stand by their products. By all rights I wouldn't expect them to after years of my use and abuse but they have been golden.

At times like yours, I've always had luck sending an email or letter extolling the appreciation that I have developed over the past XX years and how heart broken I am now that this problem has arose. CSR's eat that up and don't mind going out of their way helping you, often for free. They're human too.

I agree, they just replaced a press handle that I broke. Most all of their parts are warrantied for life. Definitely the OP should contact them.

I would expect them to gladly send a replacement.

A couple years ago I found a really nice original Rockchucker on eBay at a great price with free shipping. It arrived as advertised but was missing the handle nut. I contacted RCBS customer service, told them where I had purchased the Rockchucker, that it was missing the handle nut, and I wanted to order a replacment.

Customer service rep refused to accept my order request and said they would send a replacement at no charge and they did.

Had my ChargeMaster 1500 for about 10 years throwing a minimum of 150 rounds per week..

10 (years) x 52 (weeks/year) x 7 (days per week) x 150 (minimum rounds per week) = 546,000 rounds (averaged) in 10 years.

I keep it super clean all the time,.. wipe it with dryer sheets periodically and spray Anti-Static on the surface under the CM-1500 and the rest of the surface of the loading table top. After a couple modifications it works way better than new.
