As always, those folks go out of their way to take care of their customers. I try to buy a piece to convert one of my seater dies to a different caliber and they send it to and say "It's under warranty and there's No Charge"!!
Maybe that's why 99% of my dies and gear are RCBS!
I bet ther're tired of hearing from me but I still love em! :thumb:

+1 on that from RCBS they stand behind their products. I even had a Rock Chucker press replaced with the new upgraded press when my 25 year old press developed a crack in the base.
