Rcbs chargemaster mcdonalds straw?s

Ok I have tried the straw trick and it was a McDonald's straw too. My issue was it would work its way out. Now how are you guys attaching it, glueing or just putting it in, do you leave it flush with the metal tube or hang out a little. Any help would be great. Thanks
Forget the straw. Use a 7/16 brass fitting from any auto parts store. You will never use a straw again.. Just my two cents.. Tommy Mc..

I would suggest you do not glue in the straw. If it is loose, you could try adding small lengths of the Scotch tape to the exterior until you get it to be a snug fit.

I have 2 CM's, have tried the bushing in both, but they have the straws in them. I didn't like having to remove the bushing every time I changed powders. Yes, I could have upended the unit to discharge the last granules, but I didn't like doing that.

Dryer sheet what? Your comment doesn't help fix our static electricity problem unless you explain (for those of us who don't know) how you USE the dryer sheet to overcome the problem of sticky kernels..
Wrap the dryer sheet around the powder hopper and hold it in place with a rubber band.

Most people can figure out what to do with a dryer sheet.
Wipe the hopper with it; I only wipe on the outside of the hopper to keep from contaminating the powder.

No need to apologize his comment was out of line. You can't learn unless you ask questions. Usually on this forum you get helpful info without the wise comment. The dryer sheets do work to eliminate static. Wiping the outside plastic is all I do and it works fine.

Cheap and easy way is to cut off a 6 BR case and slide it over the CM dispense tube. It reduces the diameter just enough to greatly reduce overthrows. Put a layer of tape over tube to create a tight fit between the tube and the slightly larger diameter of the sawed off 6BR case
