RAS tuner brakes

Do they work and are they worth the time and money on a well tuned, already accurate rifle? DG

I have one and yes, the brakes certainly reduce the recoil on my 284 light gun enough that firing free recoil is like shooting an unbraked Dasher. As for the tuner adjustments, yes, the small weight makes a big difference. In 1 rotation my 284 went from just under 1 moa (its worst setting) to well under 1/4 moa. As for whether it will make an accurate rifle more accurate, possibly not, I'm not sure, but if your good rifle goes out of tune due to hot or cold weather, barrel wear related velocity drop or what ever, you don't have to pull all your loaded ammo, just give the tuner a tweak to bring it back into tune.
