Theres a synopsys above. Basically he pointed some bib bullets, the base grew to huge dimensions, randy got blamed but in the end bought back the ruined bullets because he is a great guy. The original thread got deleted, and now it started to look as if randy had to buy back shitty bullets he made.

You would think,anyone running tests,modifications,measurements,yada yada on bullets..... or anything really where a potential to,"mess up" large numbers of parts...

You run a few,take the appropriate measurements..... and assess?

Something to ponder. When it comes to a specific weight and caliber for custom bullets, how easy is it to tell one maker's bullet from another maker's bullet?

a bulletmaker knows his own bullets. they've had that exact shape in their hands hundreds of thousands of times

This thread really ought to be deleted. Has literally zero useful information, and if anything, someone might glance through it and come to the conclusion Randy produced a bad batch of bullets.

Just the opposite is true, Randy cares so much about Ben and the rest of us that reload that he bought back damaged bullets so Ben would not hurt himself. The fact that others win championships with his bullets and Ben's are way out of spec speaks only to Ben.

I don’t think Randy has much to worry about. He is a class act, makes great bullets and will take the time to walk the blind through a maze.
