Randolph 1 piece rest windage problem

Guys I ended up with a 1 piece randolph rest. It has one problem, the windage is stuck. I have taken the rest completely apart. Looks like maybe a stuck pin on the windage wheel.

Is the rest new to you & that is the way you received it? Or is this a problem that just reared its head?
You aren't referring to the guide pins correct?
There is no windage wheel. Are you referring to the knob?
Also, is this the new dual knob version or the original single knob?
I have an original & there is no pin that could effect its operation that I recall.
I can only guess as I can't get to mine at the moment but it sounds like either some debris in the thread, or worse its galled.
I'll get a better look at mine later today.

Well guys it turns out the 5/16 pin on the windage is frozen. I am assuming it's rusted. Steve at Randolph has already got back with me and they have that in stock.

By the way this was a used rest that is crazy clean, that's why I had a hard time believing something was wrong. It's a simple fix thank goodness.
