I had one just like yours. Just send it back they will fix it super fast and cover the postage. Great people to work with. Call them first and explain the problem. They just sent me the parts and I returned to old one. You will be very pleased with the personal service. I love my rests and wouldn't use anything else.I just bought a Randolph Machine rest and I have a lot of slippage in the windage adjustment. I have to turn knob 1 1/2 turn before it will move. Is that normal? Do you have slippage in yours?
