Quick load info ?

what information would I need if I asked someone to find out pressure for a particular load? I’m trying to find out if I’m over pressure or not sizing the base enough?
I see here where people ask someone to “run” a load through quickload, so I assume this is proper etiquette?
Thanks in advance. E

Bare minimums:
Cartridge
Powder
Bullet
Cartridge loaded OAL
Barrel length

If the bullet isn't in the database you need as a minimum diameter, weight, length (and if you want trajectory) BC, flat base or BT and if BT length of BT, and small diameter of bullet at the base.

Water capacity of a fired case will make the results more accurate. Fill a fired case with the spent primer in place level with the case mouth (no meniscus).

If you give velocity for a given powder load the powder burn rate can be adjusted accordingly.

Asking someone to run a case is fine. Continuing to ask for cases to avoid you paying for the program isn't.

It is. I've used QuickLoad on a Mac for years. You simply need to have a PC emulation software program installed on your Mac. I use "Crossover", but there are many others available.
I mean "click here" type down loadable. My Air Book Pro has no disk drive..

That's an issue of your Air Book Pro, not Quickload...just sayin'. An external drive can be had for less than $20.00.
