I am new here, have to sell quite a few guns, reloading supplies, and some ammo as well, and was wondering how you figure the shipping into the price, or do you simply list it plus shipping to wherever?

Oh, boy. You're going to get a plethora of opinions.
If it were me, I'd list it for the price you want plus actual shipping costs on everything but the firearms. Keep in mind the USPS seems to be losing all sorts of things lately. Most *usually* show up eventually. But that doesn't make for happy buyers.
The firearms, I'd specify FFL to FFL only. Speak with an FFL on your end and get an arrangement established. Specify the buyer is responsible for FFL fees on the receiving end.

You can list it either way. However, knowing the approximate shipping and adding it to the price makes it easier IMO, and also allows the buyer to know the actual total cost up front.

shipping using usps flat rate is easy because they have numerous sized boxes for free and weight doesn’t matter. Shipping usps ground advantage is nice and can be cheaper, but it depends on distance, size, and weight, and may be easier to calculate after you know that buyers location.

Most times, I use a flat rate box and don't charge shipping. Others have different methods.
