Question on steel 223 cases

I found some 223 cases that look like nickle plated but they respond to a magnet.
Stainless steel?
The headstamp looks foreign, It says 223 but the other part looks almost like 500 but it's not. Ican't get a good pic of the headstamp.
Anyone run into this?

I think they're zinc plated.

Could Bear stuff they had,,Brown Bear,steel case green polymer coat,,Silver Bear,Zinc coating that turns coarse and crappy in time,,and Golden Bear,basically copper washed.All steel.
