Question about the NRA National Record Reporting form

Ben Steinsholt (aka ShootDots) was extolling Johnny Ingram's 200-30X feat. What he neglected to mention is that he also set 2 new National records during the same match. Ben scored a 200-18X which are new records in both the Senior (over 60
) and Police categories. So congratulation to Ben also on his superb accomplishment."
