After looking at the advertisement for Panteao Productions DVD “Gunsmithing the 1911â€, shown on the bulliten, I pre-orderd the DVD. My experience with pre-orders is you are not charged for the items until it is shipped. This is not what happened with Panteao Productions. My credit card was debited almost immediately.
I called the Panteao phone number from their web site to find out when the DVD would be shipped. I got their answering machine for the sale department left my phone number and message. The automatic reply said someone would call me back. That was over a week ago and I have called them two more times with the same result.
Has anyone else had the same experience with this company?
