Question about large/ magnum pistol primers

Have these primers and question is...Do you need to lower your powder charge with these primers for 45 ACP ? Do you need to add more powder for a 44 Magnum? I've never used these before. A friend gave them to me so couldn't say no!

With those primers, no to both questions. I’ve shot thousands of those in everything from 41m to 45 colt.

I use those same primers and I load what is recommended in my reloading books. Start low and adjust up looking for over pressure signs.
