QD Grove Tech attachment points

I am having a stock made out of walnut for my long range coyote rig, and I am going to have QD push button sling mounts (Flush Cups/Thx Dusty!) installed. Anyone have any experience in doing this? Im guessing this will be around 15 lbs rig with a 28 inch barrel. Im rather short in stature (5'7'') and I want the rifle to be in a solid position while I glass in the field. Thx in advance.

I guess my question is tho, is there a right or a wrong place to install them? I have never used any, so I don't know. Thx.

Be sure and install them on the left side if you want to sling the rifle on your shoulder for transport. Makes the rifle lay nice and flat against your back. For a right handed shooter.:D:D

OR if you have the plumbers crack thing goin you can out them on the right and keep the gun flat against your back with no swinging side to side when the bolt handle locks in
