PTG Bolt finish?

I have a PTG chrome moly bolt in the white. I like the brite finish of the body. If I do not finish this will it rust more readily then say my BAT bolts? My Bat bolts are also chrome moly but with proper maintenance I have never had any rust on them.
When I removed the bolt from the package today, (received in the post today) I noticed there was small rust spots on the handle of the bolt. This is why I am asking this question. should I just finish the bolt and be done with it?

Also what are opinions on Cerakote micro slick?
