A bud rcvd a fresh, new reamer that was WRONG from what he ordered. He is a long time customer, lonnng time. It is a shame that the QC has fallen this much.

Nothing new. Like a battered wife they keep going back. I hate to see posts like this cause it makes the wait at JGS longer

There are several other reamer makers that have excellent service and won’t frustrate you. And I’ll just leave it at that...

I will add a positive here, I’ve been pleasantly surprised recently with a couple orders for parts. First was a model Seven bolt w/ mag bf. Was shipped w/in a couple days of ordering online. Just yesterday I received 2 BDL bottom metals (700 sa) and a DBM 70 in ordered just last week. I was expecting a longer lead time, especially the Seven bolt.

I have had just the opposite contact/dealings, with both PTG & Manson's, they both have been good, fast and great service.
