PT&G "Bore Rider" reamers?

Just saw this in the bulletin about the new PT&G Bore Rider reamers. Has anyone have first hand experience with them? Pro's? Con's? Can a UNI throater utilize the Bore Rider grind? I don't see why not...

Looks pretty interesting...

Yes. You are also supposed to get more velocity with this throat design.

Alex, have you been using one?

Looks like its not actually new...the date on the reamer print in the bulletin is dated 2013.

A number of competitors have used these. Lou just happens to be one of the CA. jedi masters. This isn't the first time he has shot so well ;)

Thats what I gather since the reamer print is dated 2013. First I heard about it. I'm curious as to how well it works at 1K BR, particularly in a Dasher...

Id be golden if I can reproduce Lou's .039" at 1K, :)

I have not been using it, but some friends have. It is the same thing as the +p throat in the 338 edge. I believe it was Dave Kiff's idea.
