I will second this...........My 22 to 25 pro shot didn’t work on my CZ 457 so i went to the .17 rod with a 5-40 to 8-32 adapter. Works great
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^I have a new CZ457 American that I pick up for my wife this Thursday. I guess I need to buy a new cleaning rod for it. It will be the first CZ457 RF we own.

I agree that .187 is ideal. Can you confirm the Pro Shot .20 cal. rod is .187?I think the pro shot .20 .187 diameter would be the Ideal .22 RF rod if they just made it a little longer. it is 36"
I works, you also have to run the adapter, but you will have the rod buried into your guide if you want to clear a tuner and swap jags/ brushes.
Currently I use the 38.5" .17 cal proshot with adapter.
The .20 cal micro polished pro shot I have measures .187 but it is still threaded 5-40 so you will need an adapter.I agree that .187 is ideal. Can you confirm the Pro Shot .20 cal. rod is .187?
