Program to model Wildcats

G'day all,

I'm having a think about designing my own wildcat from the 6x47L case. I love the round but have been thinking of ways I can improve on it somewhat. I have my ideas but would like to model them to see the wildcat take shape and also see if I can run some numbers? Case capacity, etc.

Any help?

PS: anyone got any reamer prints of 6x47L improved cases they have that I could study?

RCBS load has cartridge design built in with a catalog of some (quite a few) wildcats already in it along with factory chamberings (old and new).

The makers or quickLOAD make a program specifically to do what you are looking to do. Look it up.
