Professional gunsmith vice?

Anyone have a line on a good vice? Brownells has this but it looks cheap.

That berrys vice is something we should do on a group buy along with their cartridge cases.The vice is insanely simple and elegant.

I made one out of a wilton powrarm, and scrap aluminum. Check ebay, I have 10 bucks into my vise.

Dealing with the crackpots and idiots that populate the gun-fancying crowd is enough to make any craftsman, like a gunsmith, resort to vice or vices to forget their frustrations.

Believe you are seeking info on VISEs though and would direct you to your city's best pro-service hardware store.

Machinist Vises are, of course, quite another thing; but likely a made in USA like Wilton mechanics vise will serve you very well if you have the $500 or so it will cost. If you are really pursuing the vices of gunsmithing, look into USA made Anvils. The prices of those will really get you down. For even more excitement, price a Suburban or Hermann Scmidt toolmakers vise if you can stand the thrill of contemplating spending Big Bucks for high precision toolmakers gear...
