Problem with logging in. Please help

Yesterday at home I had to unplug my router and modem to move it to another room. Plugged everything in and all was good. Browsed this forum and other sites. Later in the night I came to this forum on my iphone and got this message:



Was shocked to say the least as I don't even have a product and had no clue what policy I could have violated. The first time this happened it had my user name instead of "guest". I cleared all cookies and browsing data and tried again and it started saying guest instead. I went back to my laptop and the forum viewed normally last night. Phone never did. Got up this morning and niether worked. Came in to work and everything is normal on my computer here, obviously as I am posting this. My phone works fine at work while on the network, but if I switch to the cellular network I get the same message.

Any help to understanding this would be greatly appreciated. I don't think I'm banned and surely hope not.

Won't argue with that. The rather odd error message does leave me scratching my head though. While at work I powered off my phone for a while then powered back up. That must have assigned me a different IP on the cellular network and has it working now. No idea yet what it will take at home on my laptop as it will be later today before I can try. Could it have been some freak chance that I got assigned an IP yesterday of a banned member? What else would cause this error message? Thanks

That's possible, maybe probable. If you post the IP can I check.
