Pro Trigger pull gauge

Lyman digital. Have had it for twenty years, no complains. Wheeler sounds good too. Determine by price point.

I use the very agricultural method of a Coke bottle on a string filled with water to the value I am testing to. 1mL of water = 1g, 500ml 1/2kg or aprox 1 pound.

I have the Lyman Electronic and the Wheeler spring pull gauge. They both take a little effort to get the readings consistent. I like both. But have come to like the electronic version best.

I just got the Lyman digital a few days ago. I checked my Bix&Andy benchrest trigger that is supposed to be set at 2oz. The Lyman read.......2oz. Impressed the hell outa me.

I bought a luggage scale off ebay reads to like .1 of a gram also pounds .$ 4.00. Had to make a new trigger pull wire though , no big deal

I have a high $$$ analog finger gauge and a Lyman digital. Save some $$ and get the Lyman. (My comp triggers are in the 1.8-2.5oz range and the Lyman is pretty darn accurate down that low).

I've had the Lyman digital since shortly after hearing that they existed. In my opinion it's the best product that Lyman sells.

Lyman here also but I have nothing to compare it cuz its only one I ever used.Had it for several years now and dont even remember ever having to put a battery in it.A friend of mine said it and his wheeler was reading the same thing when he compared them on his triggers :D...
