Handling each primer is really a non issue (i know it seems cumbersome or tedious but its not bad) be sure to get a nice flip tray. I like the sturdy dillon ones. If you want the best multi feeder get one of the primal rights. Solid as a rock and way more accurate than any other multi feed tool
If you have 10 thumbs go with one of the previously mentioned items that hold a tray of primers. However, if you are looking for the ultimate in precision and uniformity, 21st Century is at the top of the pile. @Dusty Stevens talked me into the 21st C. and ever though I'm a thrifty old guy, it was money well spent. I own and use a Sinclair priming tool. Have loaded many thousands of rounds with it. It works great, but IMO the whole one at a time thing is a PITA regardless of what anyone says. I recently went back to my old Lee Autoprime. Speed is awesome and primer feel is perfectly adequate. The targets don't know the difference.

I've tried several since I broke my next to last round tray Lee. First was the RCBS bench tool. Excellent feel and reliability, but after filling one tube, I remembered why I looked for something to replace those original RCBS press tubes.
I've settled on the Hornady hand tool. It's a little particular which shell holder it likes and I have to watch the feeding a little closer than the old Lee, but it gets my bulk priming done (hundreds at a time). For 50 or less, I'm still babying the old Lee. Once I got used to dumping any number of primers up to 100 in a tray, I couldn't/wouldn't go back to filling tubes.

My vote goes to the Frankford Arsenal hand primer. Made from all metal and has adjustable seating depth. I started with a Lee hand primer and the plastic feeders kept breaking, this one has nothing to break. I can run through 50 cases in no time.

I think this is the Primal Rights one are thinking about. A little pricey at $600 (US I presume) for me.
That would end up being $800 to 900 Loonies up here in Canada.
21st Century is well made, click adjustable for depth and super precise. Most importantly to me is how you can feel each primer seat. Get a tray like this one from RCBS and you will be surprised how quickly 50 or 100 can be done.

Ill put myself or any short range br shooter with a single feed priming tool up against any other priming tool on the market for speed. If the primers are still in the carton itll be a double speed win for the single feeder

In this case it's the RCBS universal.. Sometimes it take quite a bit. Once in a while the case pops out of the primer tool.. Lapua brass. and yes I cleaned the pocket. I just can't get a feel anymore.
I favor one at a time, adjustable priming tools, not to control seating depth, but rather to control where the handle ends up relative to the tool body with the primer fully seated. With this sort of adjustment I can control the leverage and seating feel. My old Sinclair is adjustable but requires disassembly to do so. My 21st century is a work of art and has clicks. My PMA tool, the larger one with the bearing ball in the linkage, is infinitely adjustable, using O ring friction in place of springs balls and detents. It and the 21st are so well designed and constructed that I think that they will survive beyond their users, no matter how young. The 21st uses its own shell holders. The PMA uses Redding, but I am told that they plan on producing their own, (due to being excessively picky ;-) Mine works fine with the Redding.

Very pleased with my 2st Century priming tool. Started priming with my press and moved on to a RCBS bench tool. Attempt to make the most accurate ammo I can and believe the 21st Century tool is another step in the right direction. Also handle my primers with latex gloves.
