Where are there small primers for sale without price gouging?

Being put into factory ammo according to what I have read from the wholesalers. Ammo factories are running 24/7 and can't keep up with the demand. They make MUCH more money on ammo than on components so ammo is where they go.

Funny how this happens religiously about every 4 years and still so many get caught with their pants down. People want cases of primers now, but wouldn't buy more than couple 100 at a time 12 months ago...

That depends...... Yesterday I purchase 2000 LG Pistol CCI 300 and the day before that 1000 Fed. 205M at a local Lafayette, La shop. - They had probably 25 cases of 5000 out on their shelf behind the main glass counter.
- They would only sell 1000 per visit of the Federal 205’s but the next day they didn’t hesitate to let me take 2000 LG Pistol. - Is 2nd Ammendment Tax Free weekend here in Louisiana. - I’ll probably stop in again today and get more. And the prices weren’t that bad, $49.98 per 1K
But no CCI 450’s or #41’s. - I’ve been well stocked before this happened, 2008 taught me a lesson.

You are right anyone caught in this day and age with no reloading components i do not have feel sorry for. Join a club that sells them we always stock up Primers are about $26.95 a thou.

I was browsing at my local sportmans warehouse a few weeks ago and they has NO 7.62 x 39 ammo at all. None of any kind...

It is good to have the supplies on hand to be able to make that stuff at home.
