I just cannot figure out how some of you guys have such clean clutter free space like that
this looks set up :P
---
Every flat area around me gets utilized in some way haha
Of course, I am always working on 5 projects of some sort, and like to spread out.
---
As an aside, i went to a friends place for a BBQ, he lives in a nice double wide
when I entered his place, the entrance room was decorated with OLD chainsaws hanging on the wall or on shelves, very cool I thought
I was waiting to see what else he was into when I went inside
There was nothing, on top of anything, every shelf surface was bare, every counter top was bare
no mail, no magazines anywhere, not even in the bathroom
I walked around and was just .....it was weird, nothing anywhere except the usual
Couch, coffee table, Tv,
But nothing on any of the surfaces.
i opened a kitchen cabinet and of course, bare minimum
A few glasses and plates
No pictures on the walls, no displays, nothing.
I turned to him jokingly, and said
What are you like Batman? no evidence of anything, anywhere?
Not even your hobbies, interests etc haha
---
he was a fireman so I dunno, maybe that was his preventive measure in case of fire
lose nothing

I have a friend like that. I was at his house one time and he was looking for something when he opened what most of us would call a junk drawer. There was literally three things in it…lol

you must not have read the whole post. Id never really put primers in the safe!
I did read the whole post, as I do with all posts that I may comment on.
I missed what you said as somewhat humorous about not doing it, as opposed to being serious.
Though English is not my first language, anytime I read about primers powder etc., going in a safe, it just sends up a red flag and any implied jest is lost to me unfortunately.
I’m glad it was humorous.
Enjoy your primers.

all is good— thanks for your post.

Just as with investing, diversity is a good thing... I wouldn't consolidate, assuming you can keep track of them all....
^^^This
I feel putting all your eggs in one basket is a no-no with primers
I store mine in plastic shoe boxes or large Military Can Boxes
with Dessicant
I feel sealing them in ziplocs seals ambient air moisture in

I had a friend, who thought it would be a really neat idea to seal up his gun in a vacuum packer type bag for meat
that thing rusted up within a year he said

True that, so hard to rewire the brain (establish new and different neuron connections)
When I do clean an area, it seems to look the same a week later because I have useable space again
so yeah I gave up too, I just keep expanding to more area I havent utilized yet
Build more shelving
Build another story/level
etc
---
I am thinking cabinets all across the top of each wall may be a good idea for me
I'm trying too
I mean I like it , the ways it looks when everything is organized but,
I need everything out in front of me it seems so that doesnt work well
