I think their criteria for "Best" may be off. For me, the "Best" is one that provides acceptable quality for a price that I can afford or am willing to spend!

Who are the "experts" , the people who go assemble some stuff at the cabelas counter and take it out in the field for a 3 day hunt then return to their magazine writing job? I cant stand how they actually conduct a test without actually putting it to a test. The experts are here not out writing magazine articles!

It says "hand selected by our product experts" a website for the retailer that sells the stuff.
6 of the "best" are Vortex- a company with some good products, but also known to pay the highest margin to the retailer.

Also the OP's only other post on this site is a recommendation for... a vortex product.
