Preferred Barrel Blanks

I typically use Krieger barrels, but my order for one has a very long lead and am still waiting. In the meantime I got one of the Preferred Barrels SS drop-ins and just recently got it broke in and it seems to be shooting pretty well with the right loads:

The barrel looks nice for the most part, but its bore is not as good as I had hoped. I guess I was expecting to see what I'm accustom to with Krieger barrels. When Looking at Preferred Barrel's bore there's quite a few what appears to be scrapes along the surface of the rifling's, something like I see in some factory barrels. If it keeps shooting like the above, it doesn't matter, especially since I'll be getting my Krieger barrel in a few months. ;)
I think you've answered my question about the scrape marks down the rifling. Although mine are consistent from breech to muzzle and are uniform all the way down. I asked PBB what it was, (with tons of pics sent to them) they instantly went into defense mode, and wouldn't answer, just cast shade on my smith. They look like raised bosses and show that they are from how the throat machining looks.
