prayers sent to your wife from new zealand. my father passed 6 months ago from this same thing. he felt dizzy one day and then went to hospital. next day he was dead. doctor was perplex of how fast it was and my father was the sort of a hypochondriac guy, in a good way, but couldnt pick it before. again, prayer sent! hope she gets well.
