Praise for Ryan @ Edgewood bags !

Way beyond expectations!
I'm having trouble with the bag I purchased.
I talked to Ryan today and he has more than exceeded my expectations on getting my problem solved.
It sure makes you feel happy when a person at a business this big goes the extra mile.

For what they cost, they should be made right the first time. I'll stick with Protektor bags.

I though I ordered one with the slick material on top but didn’t and called when it got here. He told me to try it out and if I didn’t like it, send it back to him. Can’t ask for better.

Has anyone seen their front bag that has what I call a step in it? It only touches the outer edges of the stock.

If so has anyone tried it? I was looking at one to replace my edgewood that has the hard reinforcement on top.

Seems like i have seen one at the matches but i can't remember who.
I don't see it on the EW site, must be by special order. It would be great to get the middle drag off a 3".

I shoot a 3" then a 2 1/²⁵ back to back. I'd like to be able to use a stepped bag just for that !
