I just wanted to share a good experience that I had recently with Edgewood shooting bags. I bought a used Edgewood bag on here about a year ago, and over the last season it developed a small hole in one of the ears from my aluminum bag rider on my Eliseo chassis. I called Edgewood about the hole and asked what it would cost to repair. They said no problem, they would take care of it under warrantee. I emptied the bag of sand, and boxed it up and sent it off. Followed the tracking and saw that I got left in a parcel locker at Edgewood when it arrived. A few weeks later I called to check up on the bag, and was told that they never received it. I explained to the gentleman that It was shipped and that tracking said it was delivered in their parcel locker (which the guy at Edgewood confirmed that they actually had). He then said that they would make me a replacement bag free of charge!!! I gave him the specs on my old bag, and a week later the replacement bag was on its way to me. I got it in yesterday and its is exactly what I asked for.
Edgewood could have easily said, well, sorry we didn't get your bag, guess you have to buy a new one, but they didn't. They chose to take care of me as a customer and have definitely earned my future business.
