Being the old geezer I am, I lost the rear sight elevation screw and spring to my Ruger 22/45 MKIII. I sent them an email asking how much I should remit for the parts and the new parts showed up in the mail. No bill. How nice is that? Thank you Ruger.

I had a similar experience with calling CS one time because I lost a small spring on my MKII gov't model. They sent me two, free of charge.

I sent them an email once about a problem with my rings on one of my MKII rifles and they sent me a new one. There was no charge they just asked that I send the other one back to them.
