Let me preface this buy saying, I don't make a habit of complaining or returning products. In fact his is the 4th time in 53 years of competitive shooting, that I have ever needed a repair or service on a gun or shooting equipment. Gave Lyman a call this morning with about my bore cam, regarding the light no longer working on my 2 plus year old camera. They are shipping me a replacement wand free of charge. Did not expect this and would have been happy to pay for the part. I use it regularly and am happy with it. No it is not a Hawkeye but it serves me well. Again I was not expecting a free part. Thank you Lyman for your excellent service on my equipment.
